D11 The Lion Chair finished in Gold Leaf

Carved entirely from Mahogany and upholstered in a beige suede

 

The Chair/Throne has lion paws as feet , hand carved lion heads on each rest and a most wonderful crown/shield at the top .

 

One nice finishing touch is the carved cartouche on the base of the chair.
