The Josephine bedside table is less carved and subtle them most of our pieces such the Louis Philipe range and therein lies its secret.
There are flower designs on each side of this bedside table along with carved feet.
We left the drawer plain apart from the Fleur-de-lis design on the frame.
Also notice that the carving continues on the side and back of this piece.
We don’t use cheap veneers that peel off after a couple of years or cover MDF with Veneers and our furniture is not mass produced.
It normally takes 4 weeks to carve and another 4 – 6 weeks of drying , baking and polishing to give this high quality finish .
In fact we often ask our suppliers to rush these , but they will not as it is also their reputations for quality on the line .
That said our suppliers have expanded their operations and all our furniture will be arriving within 10 – 14 weeks from point of order
